Two Brothers Dog Wash is owned and operated by Jared and Dave Henderson. The oldest and youngest of four children, the brothers were born and raised in Hallowell, Maine. Their store was a shared goal in recent years and by collaborating ideas, Two Brothers became a reality in September of 2008.
Jared recently transferred back to the Hampton Roads area after a few years ago. Although his time at the shop is limited, he likes to spend as much time as possible hanging out there and playing with Ziggy in the quiet moments.
Dave moved to Virginia Beach in the summer of 2008 to open the dog wash. He has raised Ziggy, a 6-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier since he was a puppy. Dave operates the store on a daily basis and sometimes brings Ziggy for company.
Ziggy got the job of store mascot. Ziggy has always preferred to get dirty rather than get cleaned up. But he has a good attitude about everything else. He adores people and other dogs and loves to play.
